Exhibitors selected to attend the Calgary Moms Trade Fair will have the opportunity to share products, services and business opportunities with local moms. Anticipated attendance is 500+ people.

Prices: range from $210.00 - $260.00 depending on table location and table size. (see table layout)

Table Choices: 28, 29, 32, 33, 37, 38, 42, 43, 46, 47, 50, 51, 54, 55, 58, 59.

6 foot table out side perimeter (with wall)** = $230.00
Table Choices: 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13.

8 foot table inside perimeter (no wall behind) = $240.00
Table Choices: 27, 30, 31, 34, 35, 36, 39, 40, 41, 44, 45, 48, 49, 52, 53, 56, 57.

8 foot table out side perimeter (with wall)** = $260.00
Table Choices: 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24.

PLEASE NOTE: WARES ARE LIMITED TO YOUR TABLE TOP! Your area is NOT an 8x8 booth. Your table will be either 6 feet or 8 feet x 30 inches ONLY! Please see other details below:

Inside Perimeter: No clothing racks, large signage or shelving units behind tables please.

Outside Perimeter: Small shelving units, clothing racks are permitted no wider than your table width and 10 inches in depth. The shelving units must not obstruct other merchants and/or customers.
Please do not move tables If you have items going in behind your table please stand in front of your table.**

**If you have shelving units (within the guidelines) please apply for an out side perimeter table located along the wall.

Payments Accepted via Online Bank to Bank Transfer or Paypal signing up for a Paypal account is not necessary. Further payment information will be emailed with acceptance email, registration form and guidelines. (Visa, M/C, A/E and echeck all accepted)

Due to the large number of submissions if you do not receive our registration and guidelines you have not been accepted at this time and have been put on a waiting list and will be contacted if a spot opens.


Attention: direct sales businesses (ie Avon, epicure ect) We are accepting only one rep per business. If you see your business name in the exhibitor list please do not apply.
